How do we treat your personal information?
When you shop from an online store, ours or someone else, you leave your information about yourself. Where you live, what email address you have and what you shop. Some of our customers wonder what we do with the information and here we describe a little more formally how we work with information.
The basis of everything we do is to treat our customers as we ourselves want to be treated, always. This also applies when it comes to information.
What information do we collect?
We collect as little information as possible. We need to know where you live to be able to send the goods home to you. If you order your job or summer residence, we do not even need to know where you live.
If you want to order against invoice then our partner Link to your payment partner must have your social security number. Only then can you get your goods sent home by invoice.
When you pay by card, you need to state your credit card number. It goes via a secure server and Link to your payment partner or Link to your payment partner 2 handles card payments via us.
Then we must of course know which products you order and we need your email address to be able to contact you with delivery message, changed information etc.
How do we use this information?
We use the information to dispatch your order. We use your email address to send you information. If you do not want information from us then you can easily cancel the information letter via a link, and will never be contacted by us again.
Information to other actors
We never leave your information to anyone else. Exceptions are made if for some reason we are forced by law.
Remove your information from our database
The only information we keep is your email address. The remaining information is only saved as a basis for the financial transaction.
If you do not want us to have your e-mail address in our database for information letters then you can email us and we will remove it.
