1. Buy
When ordering, an agreement is made for a purchase only when Petite Olivia confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by Petite Olivia. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are shipped. Petite Olivia has ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, Petite Olivia must be able to determine the customer’s home address.
2. Shipping
A shipping cost of 10 EURO / USD will be added within Sweden.
3. Payment
We use STRIPE for secure card payments.
4. Delivery
Orders made before 14.00 on a weekday holiday are treated the same day and are normally delivered within 1-2 days within Sweden.
We reserve the right for all inventory items to be sold out before we can update the website, and we inform the customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase without charge unless the goods are in stock. The parcels are delivered by Posten or other carrier to delivery point or sent as mail.
5. Transport
Petite Olivia is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.
6. Incorrect items
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to [email protected]
7. Ångerrätt och öppet köp
According to the Distance Contract Act, private customers are entitled to 14 days’ right of withdrawal. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
As a customer with us, Petite Olivia also offers a right of exchange within 30 days from the time you ordered the product. This only applies to unused products.
9. Claims
If you would like to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Notify us by email [email protected] before sending anything. Add the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us. If you cannot find the invoice / receipt, we will of course help you.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
10. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes in prices as a result of major price deviations from our suppliers, errors or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.
11. PUL
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business solely for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (the Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. If so, please contact our customer service at e-mail [email protected]. We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our Privacy Policy).
12. Important
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent by e-mail or SMS to you. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered are correct.
If you do not collect your package then you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 100.
13. Force Majeur
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the said agreement / undertaking, that we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
